In September 2022, Texas-based footwear company Twisted X launched a new Tech X® line complete with four men’s styles and three women’s styles of Western boots. The new line uses the company's patent-pending CellStretch® Comfort Technology that's been around since 2021, but never before used in Western-style boots with leather outsoles.

“Western boots have always been built for function, but there’s no reason they can’t look and feel great too,” Clayton Smith, Twisted X senior director of sales said in a press release. “Western is our heritage and we’re proud to continually innovate our offerings knowing that this product category is about more than footwear — it’s a lifestyle.”

A dressy pair of boots that has the same comfort of a casual shoe? Count us in!

The new boots with cloud-like comfort will hit retail shelves sometime in October.
