Get yourself in top riding shape without the gym! If you enjoy spending time with your horse, then you’ll love these easy workout exercises that you can do right at the barn. There’s nothing better than spending quality time together while building strength, stamina, and balance. These four exercises are great for beginners or advanced equestrians.
  1. Go for a walk or run with your horse. You’ll both reap the rewards!
  2. Hand graze your horse while you strength train. You can do push ups, curls, and lift weights.
  3. Ride bareback or without stirrups.
  4. Give your horse a deep grooming or massage.
