The WPRA announces the election of their new president. The election ballot was sent to 1,541 eligible WPRA voting members. A total of 660 completed election ballots were received by the WPRA auditor. Following a 15 day certification period, the new president will take office starting May 27, 2021 and will serve until the 2022 election cycle is completed.

The new president, Jimmie Munroe, said on social media, "First, I just want to sincerely thank all of the WPRA members who took the time to vote in this important presidential election. You had the choice between two candidates that have dedicated a large portion of their lives to an association that is near to their hearts. To those that shared my platform and threw their support behind me, I will forever be grateful and appreciative. The result would not have been the same without each and every one of you spreading the message. Now is the time to come together so that we can move our sport into the bright future that I know lies ahead. It will truly be an honor and privilege to once again serve our entire membership as your WPRA President."
